Refund & Return Policy

At DK Bridal, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Custom & Made-to-Order Gowns
All custom and made-to-order gowns are final sale. Because each gown is created specifically for your measurements and selected design details, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once production has begun.

Ready-to-Ship Sample Gowns & Accessories
Ready-to-ship sample gowns, veils, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, free of stains or damage, with all original tags and packaging included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Final Sale Items
Custom gowns, personalized items, altered garments, sale items, and sample sale purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
